This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on FauxFlowerShop.com and explains our processing, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, and important delivery information for customers in the United Kingdom and worldwide.

1) Key Definitions

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Processing Time: The time required to prepare your order before dispatch.
  • Delivery Time (Transit Time): The time in transit after your order has been dispatched.
  • Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Delivery Time.

2) Where We Ship From

Our products are dispatched from our warehouse in China. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and a wide selection of faux flowers and décor items.

Warehouse Location (for reference): Kunshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu, China


3) Order Processing Time

Due to periods of higher demand, our current processing time is typically 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Once order volumes stabilise, we aim to return to our usual 1–3 business days.

During peak seasons or special circumstances (such as production delays), processing time may be extended.


4) Delivery Time (After Dispatch)

Delivery time is calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

  • Standard Delivery: 7–12 business days
  • Express Delivery: 5–8 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak periods, and other factors outside our control.


5) Time-Sensitive Orders (Weddings & Events)

If you need your order by a specific date (for example, for weddings, events, or photoshoots), please:

  1. Add your required date in the order notes at checkout, and
  2. Contact us immediately after placing your order.

We will do our best to assist, but due to cross-border delivery uncertainties, we cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date.


6) Daily Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days.

  • If your order is placed and payment is successfully authorised before 6:00 PM ET, we will begin processing the same business day.
  • If your order is placed after 6:00 PM ET, we will begin processing on the next business day.

Note for UK customers: Eastern Time (ET) differs from UK time depending on daylight saving changes.


7) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order details (such as weight, size, and destination). The exact shipping fee is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


8) Taxes, VAT & Duties

All prices include applicable VAT, taxes, and import duties. You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.


9) Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Tracking updates may appear intermittently while your parcel is in transit. This is normal for international routes.


10) Address Accuracy (Customer Responsibility)

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including postcode and flat/apartment number if applicable. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


11) Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

Returned as Undeliverable

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may issue a store credit for the net merchandise amount minus the original shipping costs.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs. These amounts may be deducted from any applicable refund.


12) Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbours and contact the carrier for further investigation.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds for shipments that show as delivered.


13) Global Shipping

In addition to the United Kingdom, we may offer international shipping. Available destinations and delivery options will be shown at checkout. International delivery times may differ from UK estimates.
