Return & Exchange Policy

At FauxFlowerShop, we take pride in offering high-quality faux flowers and decorative products to customers across the United Kingdom. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.


Order Modifications or Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.

After this time, orders may have entered processing or fulfillment and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Please note that refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your statement.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund for the affected items.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived and is confirmed as lost by our support team, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

This does not apply to orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or missed delivery attempts.

Orders that are still in normal transit are not eligible for cancellation or refund.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging
  • Returns must be approved by our customer support team before shipment
  • Items returned without approval may not be accepted

Once approved, returns must be shipped within 5 days. Please do not return items to the original shipping address.


Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


Refunds

  • Damaged / Incorrect Items: Refund includes product price and original shipping fee
  • Other Returns: Refund covers product price only; original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
