1. Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has entered the fulfilment process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
3. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us.
After reviewing the tracking information, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
This does not apply where delivery failure is caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
4. Returns (Change of Mind)
Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Approval Required: Please contact us before returning any item for return authorisation and instructions.
- Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
