Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? +
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China. We are an international seller operating the FauxFlowerShop.com store specifically for UK customers, owned by Shanghai Mijia Zhuo Industrial Co., Ltd.
How long will my order take to arrive? +
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, then shipped via your chosen method:
- Standard Shipping: 15–20 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are based on carrier performance and may vary during peak periods.
Will I receive a tracking number? +
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We use Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS for UK final-mile delivery. Tracking updates may appear intermittently while your parcel is in transit between international hubs — this is normal for cross-border shipments.
What is your daily order cut-off time? +
Our cut-off time is 11:00 PM GMT on business days. Orders placed before this time begin processing the same day; orders placed after will begin processing the next business day.
Customs & Import Duties
Will I have to pay customs or import duties? +
As your order ships from China, it may be subject to UK import VAT or customs duties upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? +
We're sorry to hear that. Please email support@fauxflowershop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I return an item if I change my mind? +
Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return (exceeding the UK statutory 14-day minimum). Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs to our fulfilment centre in China are the customer's responsibility. Contact us first for return authorisation and the correct return address.
How long does a refund take? +
Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account or payment method.
What if my parcel is lost in transit? +
If your order is confirmed as lost by the carrier (e.g., no tracking movement for over 30 days), we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement at no extra cost.
